Located at the west end of Downtown Kenmore, the Seaplane Commercial Building was the last development phase in Kenmore Village, a 9.6-acre all-new downtown core constructed by GenCap. As the local go-to dining and meeting spot, the Seaplane Kitchen + Bar (now rebranded Stoup Brewing) is part of the Seaplane Commercial building making for an iconic downtown corner.
Our successful partnership with GenCap Construction has allowed us to leverage our public assets and help implement the community's vision of downtown Kenmore as a walkable neighborhood. The GenCap team has executed close to $100 million in developments within the Downtown core, signifying a true public/private partnership within the last four years. GenCap is valued as both a builder and a business partner.
